Beef Steak stuffed with Mushroom Puree and Cheese:
Beef Steak / Olive oil / Butter / Mushrooms / Hazelnuts /Cheese / Salt and Pepper to Season
- Slice the mushrooms
- Put the mushrooms and the nuts in the food processor and turn on to chop them
- Put that mixture in a hot pan and sautee till the mushrooms soften and reduce their water. (no oil to be used!)
- Add salt and pepper to the mushrooms
- Cut the middle parts of the steaks for making a pocket in them to stuff (as seen in the video)
- First rub some of the mushroom puree and then place sliced cheese into the steaks
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper
- Put olive oil and butter in a pan. Heat and cook both sides until brown.
